I joined deviantArt back in October of 2012, which sounds like a lot more time than it really has been XD I guess I found dA while surfing for fanart on Google Images. I was probably thinking "Where is all this awesome stuff coming from???" Add a few minutes later of browsing through dA's results of fanart and whatnot, and then I joined.

Annie moved into her new flat
Opposite number forty-nine
And there stood Jonny with that look in his eyes
Which said, "That girl's gonna be mine!"
He walked over to Annie and picked up her bags
And said "Won't you let me, ma'am?"

New 'Doctor Who': It's Peter Capaldi
The Scottish-born actor becomes the 12th actor to play the British sci-fi icon.
And the sonic screwdriver goes to Peter Capaldi.
The Scottish actor was named the new star of the British sci-fi franchise Doctor Who on Sunday during a live broadcast on BBC America. He will replace the departing Matt Smith, whose time in the time-traveling police box the TARDIS ends later this year.
"It's so wonderful not to keep this secret any longer," said Capaldi, a lifelong fan of the show. "I haven't played Doctor Who since I was 9 on the playground."

Every year, around the warm summer months, the small town of Lacrimagna shut their city gates and begin to prepare for the week of Starfall.
Household tasks are split between families, blankets and bedding are brought out of the closets, neighbors put out signs of their daylight napping hours; as the usual furor of summer activity is dimmed to such a silence that it could be assumed we have transformed into a ghost town.
In reality, we ready ourselves for dusk, when we awake to the birth of the event, the nights that the stars fall.
